    1. Carson City, Cold Springs, Downtown Reno, East Reno, West Reno, North Reno, Fernley, Incline Village, Lemon Valley, Sparks, Spanish Springs, Sun Valley, Verdi, and all other communities in Washoe County.
  2. Review and Approval: a. We reserve the right to review and approve all submissions. b. We may contact you for additional information or clarification as needed.
  3. Changes and Cancellations: a. You are responsible for making any changes or cancellations to your submissions. b. We reserve the right to remove your listing at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that it does not meet our eligibility criteria or violates any of our terms and conditions.
  4. Liability: a. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from any transaction submitted through our platform. b. Users are solely responsible for any liabilities or claims arising from such event. c. By submitting a classified ad, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from transactions made through our platform.
